natural approach to HEALTH & WELLBEING

The aim of the Homeopathic approach to illness is to remove the cause of the disease at its source.

Homeopathic medicines help us to overcome disease by stimulating the body's natural healing abilities. As the remedies increase our vitality we feel better.

Homeopathic medicines are prepared from naturally occurring substances, mainly minerals and plants, and are without side effects.

The role of a homeopath as an unprejudiced observer is to support and guide you to a place of healing within yourself.

In the words of Rumi,

"Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing there is a field.

I'll meet you there"

Homeopathy is a system of natural health based on the principle of ‘like cures like’. In other words, a substance taken in small amounts will cure the same symptoms it causes if taken in large amounts.

It was developed by a German physician and scientist, Samuel Hahnemann (1755-1843). Homeopathy is a natural system of medicine practiced worldwide for over 200 years.

Currently there are over 300 million people using it worldwide to treat both acute and chronic conditions. Homeopathy is integrated into the public health care system in the following countries: France, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Brazil, Chile, India, Mexico, Pakistan, South Africa and the UK.
